Training in decision-making, stress management, coping strategies, communication skills, financial literacy, and other essential life skills critical for maintaining sobriety.

This service aims to assist individuals in job readiness training, resume building, interview skills, vocational training, and assistance in identifying job opportunities suitable for individuals in recovery.

We’ve partnered with local businesses to support in securing employment. Actively connect individuals in recovery with employment opportunities that match their skills, interests, and capabilities.

Access to a network of local resources, support groups, community programs, healthcare access, legal aid, peer support groups, and services essential for individuals in recovery.

  • Adults must be 18 years or older.
  • Must reside within St. John the Baptist Parish.
  • Must have a primary diagnosis of opioid abuse or dependence disorder.
  • Must have actively used opioids within the past up to 180 days.
  • Must commit to actively participating in treatment goals as prescribed by the treatment plan.
  • Must be willing to adhere to a dual treatment approach with medical and/or psychiatric care.
  • Must submit to random drug screens.
  • If using Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), you must be able to provide the most recent prescription, and all prescription refills.
